Undeniably cool. I just started reading Lovecraft for the first time; so far it looks like your excellent statue would be right at home on a mantlepiece of Lovecraft's homes.

Is this game worth getting? It has some scare moments in it.

very "south Pacific"!

Is it a movie or just a reference to south pacific islands primitive art?

the native Micronesian sculpture of the Ponape islanders...also similar to the Cook Islanders' depiction of their Fisherman's God 8-) :sun:

effectively, and this is (i think)what give it some realism as a mythos idol

yes and I refute the nay-sayers...3000 years? This idol very much appears to be what would be in the possession of a member of the Miskatonic U. faculty after research and travel in the south Pacific. Necronomiconical hieroglyphs on the base might be a good addition but I wouldn't want to see any change.
